Network Connection

I changed from Sky broadband to BT today and wi-fi is working on phone iMac smart TV all work fine but SkyQ will not stay connected for more than 10 seconds customer services have been useless and can't get an engineer till 6/9/23. Please can anyone help?

@jtattheloft I'm not sure why you've posted in the Sky broadband section when you are a BT broadband customer?.

You may be better off posting in the Sky Q section.
