@Ruth8171 do other apps like iPlayer open properly on the TV? If they dont go into the network settings on the TV and check it is connected to the Sky hub. If you need help please post the make and model of the TV and which Sky hub you have.
There have been reports of some Samsung TVs not connecting to the new white Sky hub if that could apply try changing the WiFi security for the Sky Max hub in My Sky from wpa3T to wpa2.
