Netflix not working

I have had my internet sorted with you guys today. I have started to watch Netflix and what I am trying to watch keeps buffering and stopping part way through. When I go go to load the programme it comes up with a spinning week for a few minutes showing how much percentage is loaded. My internet should not be doing this considering the speed I am paying for,

Just to point out @Preeti25 is that this is a place where customers help each other so you are not directky talking to Sky.

 

Do you have a good wifi signal ?
