Suspect issue with WiFi tried switching on and off but still no luck
lost Netflix and cannot access YouTube either
please note the service is provided for my dad's home so please can someone contact his carer Darren to talk him through what to do

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Magda10 you are not talking to Sky by posting innthe forum. If your father's carer is authorised he can call Sky as they can only speak to the account holder or someone who has been previously authorised.
Simple fault finding check the lights on the Sky hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start which explains what to do.
