Need to send parcel back to sky
I was going to up grade to full fibre then cancelled it but have received a parcel today and want to return asap

Presumably this in a different hub? You will need to contact Sky to arrange return packaging / label to be send out. Just make sure you obtain proof of posting and keep it indefinitely.
