Need to delay cancellation date

I've received a text message from Sky to say my broadband wil cease in 5 days' time - I need to delay this cancellation. 

the text directed me to 'Track My Orders' on sky.com, but there's no option to delay the cancellation date. All it says is that my equipment returns packaging will be dispatched soon. 

help!

You will need to call Sky to ascertain if a delay is possible. Just dial 150 free from your landline phone.
