I've received a text message from Sky to say my broadband wil cease in 5 days' time - I need to delay this cancellation.
the text directed me to 'Track My Orders' on sky.com, but there's no option to delay the cancellation date. All it says is that my equipment returns packaging will be dispatched soon.
help!
