Hi I'm due to have my fibre broadband installed tomorrow but cannot now commit to this date- I have to travel but the line tk speak to somebody is closed what do I do?

Not sure if you’re being activated remotely? Sign in to Track my order and you’ll see an Activation date if we’re activating you remotely, or an engineer visit date if not.
