Need help to separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi on Sky Hub
Hello,
I have a Sky Hub and Sky Booster. I need to separate the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi networks, so I can connect my baby monitor (Hubble Nursery Pal Essential). The camera only works with 2.4 GHz, and currently it won’t pair properly.
Unfortunately, I cannot access the router settings at https://192.168.0.1 because I don’t know the admin password – there is no login info on my router sticker.
Please could you either:
1. Provide the admin password for my router, or
2. Separate the WiFi bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) remotely for me and send me the new network names.
My English is limited, so I prefer to get help by message or email.
Thank you so much!

@Angelika23 If there is nothing that you can read on the sticker back off the hub, and you NO longer have the ID card that came with the hub, then you are finished... You need to call sky get a new hub, and they will charge you for doing so! Also see the link below in case you have by mistake said the wrong hub that you have!
