Need help from Sky and getting nowhere

My broadband and wifi connections are showing good. Unable to connect devices. Service was working fine now can't connect. Reset hub. All green. Forgot networks on devices and tried again. Still unable to connect. Can someone please help because I have done everything I was instructed to do and nothing is working

Hi,

 

Sorry to hear that you are having issues, to help us understand better what is going on can you do a full breakdown of everything you have tried so far ?

 

  • What router do you have ?
  • What lights are on the router
  • do you have full fibre (fftp) or part fibre (fttc)
  • if you have full fibre have you checked the ONT box ?
  • how are you connecting to the router, cable or wireless
  • have you tried connecting direct via a cable ?
  • how did you reset the router
  • do you see the router admin page ? can be found usually at https://192.168.0.1 or https://myrouter.io/
