Need equipment for Openreach

Heya 

I've been contacted by Openreach to upgrade our Internet. I haven't received the right equipment for this and need to keep rescheduling the engineer. How do i get the right equipment sent to my address

The broadband hub should be sent to arrive a few days before your activation date so you should be able to see the status of it here:

If you already have a Sky Broadband Hub, that and an ethernet cable is all you need.

FTTP actually works with a Q Hub too, although Sky Talk Internet Calls won't.

Openreach provides the Optical Network Terminal.
