Need an agent

Hi, I’ve just switched from BT to Sky, but BT is charging me an early cancellation fee of £166.75. Will Sky contact BT about this?

Did you arrange the transfer by One Touch Switching? If you have you need to initially pay BT.

@GaryRobson as @Daniel0210 does point out the final BT bill is all down to you, and you pay it and if sky and you have agreement they will cover you to the sum off £100 for the early BT termination once you comply with all the things you have to do! The sky help below for you!

It's recently been revised:

 

Upto £100 for television 

Up to £200 for broadband 

Up to £300 for both broadband and television 

 

Paid as a credit in the Sky account once proof has been provided and accepted.
