Need a hub replacement

No broadband since Saturday, no TV etc . Need a new router/ hub . Not happy. Tried all the other things , the hub has broken, send me a new one

What have Sky said when you've spoken to them about your issue?

Why do you believe the hub has broken so are there no lights lit on it at all ?
