Need a booster

Hi, 

I'm living in a three storey house and really need 2 WiFi boosters! The box is located on the middle floor. The TV on ground floor cuts out constantly and often wont connect at all. And I work from home on the top floor and this keeps cutting out when making calls using WiFi. 
I was told on the phone when purchasing Sky Broadband that I could request my free boosters once the WiFi box had arrived. 
Please can you send over the two boosters.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' or buy it as an add-on Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one.
