About broadband
I'm planning to make contract with sky broadband but before that I wanted to ask you that is I'm not happy or if I don't have speed at home for broadband can I cancel in a middle of the contract and is it extra charge to cancel contract

If it turns out the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed which is quoted before the contract starts can't be delivered to the Hub then Sky permits early exit without penalty (in fact that's the only thing which is 'guaranteed', because speed is not ; )

Happiness isn't actually a consumer right: the criteria are goods or services must be of adequate quality / as described / fit for purpose.
