Need a booster

We have Sky fibre but the signal upstairs is poor. I'd like to get a booster but Sky's customer service is so bad I can't find a number to call to add this to my account! Can anyone help?

if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.

Thank you - don't have a sky phone or landline :(.AI is only of use if you already have a booster! Got a generic booster but other half doesn't like it as he has to log in every time and he's the one who needs it upstairs. Mesh is beyond my finances. All I want to do is call a number, speak to a human and arrange to get a booster box.
