Nearly every night lose internet connection on hub. Light for internet goes amber

Nearly every night between 8pm and 10pm, I lose internet connection. The internet light goes amber. I have to turn off and follow instructions on the TV to restart and reconnect to the internet.  Normally takes about 10 mins to correct. Please can you support as getting very frustrating.
