Hello everyone,
Recently after internet maintenance at 2am on 8th May, I haven't had any internet since then. Power and Wifi has the green light meanwhile Voice and Internet's lights are off. I've tried everything meaning resetting the router and rebooting it, unplugging and plugging cables in and unfortunately no luck. I've raised the issue with Sky and an engineer from Openreach visited and said apparently there has been a national outage. I've checked my router statistics and it says that WAN port is down. Anyone else experiencing this? Also engineer said I have to wait for an update for now which is a bit annoying.
