I've been using Xbox one for years no problems,got the series x 2 years ago no problems,today however problems. The Xbox Network has no issues,but I have,I'm getting the message "Nat type unavailable," I'm not playing any new games as it's been suggested that this problem is related to the game your playing,if that was the problem it would only occur when a game was trying to load,there's absolutely no help from Sky itself,accept if you need some encouragement to swap providers.
im not a Sky Engineer,nor am I technical, I'm a very old fart who pays for a service that by the looks of it expects me to attempt to fix modem problems myself.
any suggestions would be helpful
