i paid my sky bill 21/11/2024 the sky tv is back to normal ive had no wifi since then friday i rang and they told me my wifi would be back up & running in 24hrs i then rang saturday as wifi still wasnt back on and they booked an appointment for my wifi to be looked at by an engineer who said that sky needed to switch me back on. i rang them and they are adamant im active with the wifi however i am not. i cannot connect at all. ive got children who rely on wifi. i cannot access my uni work without a stable wifi. i do not know what to do. my 4g will not load anything i need the wifi switched on please help!!!!

does the router have all green lights showing the internet connection is working? Tried restarting it?

That sounds like the service is activated fine but there's an issue with your router. What happens if you try to set up the wifi connection again from your laptop from scratch?
