- My broadband was working and around 1pm it stopped working. Turned off everything and turned back on and there is no light on for PON and red flashing light for LOS

@Sarah540 Your fibre cable has no light on it, so no Internet until OR get to it!

What would cause this to happen, been working fine and the neighbours dont seem to have an issue. Do you know?

@Sarah540 Does your neighbour also have a fibre connection? From the Exchange to the home is the cable path, but connection point may just not be the same! Are they also a sky Internet user?

Yes they are connected to full fibre. Just seems to me us. Very strange

@Sarah540 You can run the diagnostic checker pretty sure not going to do much, also the service cher so linked them all for you!
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
