Mysky app - Devices section missing

I unplugged my router last night and plugged it back in this morning. WiFi has reconnected without a problem, however when logging in to the MySky app there is no longer a section for Devices and I cannot unpause the devices which were paused. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, reset the router, changed the password of the app, tried logging in using another phone and a laptop. I can't seem to resolve this issue. It is important that I can unpause these devices as my son needs to connect to the internet to study for his exams. Can anyone help?

@Marie150 i assume you have checked thst you are logging in using the Sky id linked to the Broadband account? Apart from thst I think you are going yo need Sky's assistance as you have done everything else that is normally advised.

Thank you for your reply. Yes using the same log in details that I’ve always used. Sky do seem to hold a different email address for me. I phoned them this morning and they weren’t much help unfortunately. Although they hold a different email address for me the username and email that I use to log in with hasn’t changed.

Has anyone else been able to resolve this issue? Sky customer services were not very helpful when I phoned
