My wifi is not working

My wifi is not working despite it passing all tests, 3 green lights, perfect connection etc.  Sometimes it works but I can't connect basic things like my ring doorbell,  my sonos speaker, sometimes load things on my phone...

Try turning your broadband hub off for at least 30 minutes when you can. Then wait for a few minutes after powering it back up again.
