My wifi is not working at all, in any proper functioning capacity

WiFi issues, almost two weeks now, not allowing my to access apps on phone, webpages etc and having to go on 4g in my own home to do this

 

tv apps like Netflix and Disney plus not working etc for wifi

 

but it states all is fine with WiFi on my checks

 

this has happened before and then got resolved but is now happening again
