Since having my broadband installed in march. I have had constant issues with slow speeds and wifi cutting in and out. As I type this I have no wifi connection but mysky is showing no issue. In the last two weeks I have reported two separate issues that have required engineer visits. Miraculously both have been sorted just within the 3 days which have covered them from paying out the speed guarantee. It seems near impossible to get any sense out of anyone over the phone, just call centre employees trying to sell yet more upgrades.
