@Amy7 wps is a simple way to link devices to routers which all Sky hubs support. Look for a black button with two arrows in a circle on the SkyQ hubs its on the front on the newer upright Broadband hubs its on the right hand side. Press and hold for a few seconds and a led will flash as it searches for a client and go green when it is connected.
If you have a Sky Glass TV and the new white Sky Wifi Max hub there is a known fault where the TV loses connection occasionally it is apparently fixed in the latest firmware QS020 which is coming to your TV quite soon.
