My smart speaker keeps dropping out whilst listening to a radio station

I have run tests using the diagnostic tests on My Sky and it says all look ok but clearly it's not.  Yesterday my Sky box lost its connection to the Sky router , it took half an hour to reconnect having rebooted not only the router but also the Sky box.  In the end I had to input everything manually as the WPS did not connect despite the router being in search mode (orange light flashing) while the Sky box was searching.  It's becoming very annoying.
