My sky programs won’t load. It just keeps saying please wait for your program to load

It keeps saying please wait for your program to load then just goes back to menu. It does this on all terrestrial channels and sky channels. I can watch my apps only

@Clareb2  Do you have Sky Stream/Sky Glass? as you've posted innthe broadband section.
