My sky isn’t connected. The hub has two orange lights and yet your app is saying it’s all fine.

Every day my internet goes down. Every. Single. Day. No exaggeration. Literally every day for the last two weeks it's down for a portion of time. Every time I check with the app it says everything is fine. While I'm looking at a hun presenting two orange lights it says "looks good". Fix this please. It has now interfered with two meetings and may lose me work which I will claim back from you and we are not talking about small jobs here

@Ridiculousbull   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Ridiculousbull
This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

For any customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support and certainly no credit for lost earnings.
