My sky hub is dead, there are no lights and it's not giving any WiFi
There are no lights on my sky hub box, no WiFi is being given its completely unresponsive. I've turned off and on. The sky app says there isn't an issue but there is - it's dead.

@Porcupine2024 If you can report this to Sky and they can get a new router sent out to you. If your landline is available to use just dial 150 on your landline and listen througn the voice prompts.
