My sky conversion
I had a conversion sent to my new address and the tracker shows the postman has put it in the letter box but not all the way through and I think someone may have taken it as it's not in the house as I moved in today and was delivered on the 28th. I can't get through to anyone to have it delivered again

Re: My sky conversion
Hi @SNARES What is a conversion? In any case you will have to persevere in contacting Sky, the community cannot help you.

Re: My sky conversion
The 'Conversion Kit' is just a short Cat5e ethernet cable to go between the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and the ethernet port marked 'WAN' (for 'Wide Area Network') on a Sky Broadband Hub.
You can pursue Sky for a replacement, or obtain your own in a choice of lengths and colours which are widely available online.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
