My sky broadband hub goes down every day

My sky broadband hub has gone down almost every single day since I have started my plan , it is now becoming un usable for me to work at home.

Every time it goes down I have no option but to re start my WiFi, this is less than ideal when I'm in meetings.

Ours is exactly the same. We are looking at leaving as we are not getting the service promised.
