Broadband Down

Power and Wifi lights are green. Internet light is off completely and Voice light is orange. 

When I run the diagnostics I run into a page stating: 

Oops, that didn't work
We're having some problems and our tests are unavailable at the moment.

Try again later so we can test your connection.

I have had a few intermittent issues like this but usually following the steps or a quick switch on and off has resolved but today it just seems to be competely out.

 

Can someone assist on this please

See if you are then able to run this  line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
