My router isn’t working
The engineer attended this morning there was an issue of the supply to my house which he rectified but my router isn't working and he said he couldn't fix it I need to contact you
i currently have no service and my router despite all the tests you recommend is showing a red constant light .
i have only been with you one month and if this isn't rectified ASAP I will be leaving you as this is not satisfactory

@Johnmoore2 Then you need to call sky, nothing will be done on the back of your Forum post as this is not sky customer service!
