Phones struggling to have video calls or watch on demand TV. Download speeds dropping right off

My wife's Phones and tablet keep struggling to have video calls or watch on demand TV. Ran speed checks in different rooms of the house and the Download speeds dropping right off in certain rooms and in all cases we are not achieving our guaranteed 100mbps limit.
