My router is showing three greens and an amber on voice, which we don't have. Sky's online test says everything is working, devices show an internet connection, but we cannot browse. Have reset the router twice, but still cannot get on. Have been away week so don't know how long this has been going on. No known local service issue.
Any bright ideas?
