My router and sky q box is all connected but I don't have an Internet connection.

My router and sky q box are powered on and working but no Internet connection. I've done all the tests on the app on my phone and it says no issues all working fine but I can't connect to the Internet on any devices or sky q. I've reset both router and sky q numerous times and still not working
