My playstation 5 speed is slow, showing as 56mps

My playstation 5 speed is slow, when I check on the sky site the connection it says via ethernet which isn't true it's wireless, can you help to increase the speed?

@Nick791 Please be aware the forum is customer to customer support, that being said It may not be possible to increase the speed, firstly we need to know what package you subscribe to and what the minimum guaranteed speed is.

It's ok, I figured it out, I had cross play on which massively slows online on, my broadband says 75 ping which is good but my console was at 50, has improved now, thanks
