My new broadband
I've got the £35 a month skateboard band package getting delivered to my home on Friday. I live in a flat not owned by myself that I rent. I just received a text about installation affordable van. I was under the impression that the box that would get delivered to my address would simply be plugged into my living room socket that's already there but I've just received a text saying that they're gonna be drilling into my flat into my building. I need to find out if this is true or not because if this is true, I may need to cancel my package as I'm not committed to install this service without my landlord's permission. You already have a copper iron line that leads directly into our flat it just has an active line. We've tried different companies before and the wifi speed to the standard we went with you guys recently because you were a new provider in our area for the same price as we were promise before, but like I said if this is going to require an actual inflation into digging into the property and then I will have to cancel my message because I thought I could just plug an ethernet cable into the existing line in my flat and you guys would set up a connection and I would just need to plug in any devices please can you reach out to me and help me understand it? Better
