My new broadband fibre is still not working it's been 3 weeks niw
I recently got new broadband sky fibre in and there was a issue with it the day openreach engineer put it in they stated in would be up & running with in 24 hours it still not working. Also I took package out it was £20 a month now I'm being charged £39 a month I'm not a happy customer. If it's not sorted with in 24 hours I'm cancelling it.

@PatriciaRooney Have you called Sky to report this issue and to find out why you did not get connected?
