My new WiFi keeps disconnecting
I had someone install fiber max broadband this week and since then my tv keeps disconnecting to the WiFi. The problem sorts itself out only when I switch my tv off and on again but I should not have to do that. Other devices seem to stay connected

@Angela.84 Was the TV working fine before the change to Max as you say, did you also change the sky hub at the same point?

Hiya, Yes TV was fine before the switch last week. I received a new hub at the same time too

@Angela.84 Did you change to the sky Max white hub by chance?

Advanced settings
If you're looking to manage more advanced settings like...
- Disable WiFi
- DMZ
- Port forwarding
- WiFi security levels
But you might want to change it if you have:
- An older device that you can’t connect to your WiFi. Some older devices aren’t compatible with WPA3-T. Use WPA2 if you need to connect it.
- Make sure your device’s software is up to date first.

It was the white hub yes, Iv also checked the advanced settings on the app and it's already at level 2 rather than 3.
Its strange as it does connect initially and then just drops. I then see an message of checking for connection and need to turn my tv off before it finds the network to reconnect

@Angela.84 If your TV is near the sky Hub, then run an Ethernet cable between them both, TV's are the worst on wireless wifi and it may just be the position of that white sky Max hub and the wireless wifi signal to it! If you have the Black hub that looked the same just connect that back up!
