My internet speed

My internet speed has been way below the guaranteed speed. I'm currently getting 1.5mb/s and have been below the minimum guaranteed speed for three days now. 

I would like to know what sky can do to resolve this, and if a resolution isn't found quickly I would like to know about an early cancellation because my speed has been terrible and I live in an area with Fibre being offered by other companies.

@Ryanblythe The service checker should be able to allow you the speed sky see's when the check your hub to record the broadband and > expand to see it! The rest you will have you do when you call sky and record the complaint and see if they wish to repair or upsell to you!

I am having the same issue. No fibre as yet upgraded from hub 4 to sky max. Terrible speed. Have had sky engineer out and open reach and still not fixed

@Jon7121 Same check for you on post 2, when you had the older sky Broadband hub how was the operation, trying to see if it is going Max that is the change for you! The sky Max bumps you upto wifi6 operation but there is some pitfalls that can go with that?
