My internet keeps going down

My broadband keeps going down around three times a day. I've reset the hub and done a few diagnostics. There's nothing wrong according to the diagnostics but the Internet light disappears and connection drops  and I can't connect to the Internet.

@SianF1 you need to report tge issue to Sky so they can check out the cause and see what can be done so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
