My internet keeps going down
My broadband keeps going down around three times a day. I've reset the hub and done a few diagnostics. There's nothing wrong according to the diagnostics but the Internet light disappears and connection drops and I can't connect to the Internet.

@SianF1 you need to report tge issue to Sky so they can check out the cause and see what can be done so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
