Only started with Sky a week ago, and connection to the internet began quickly after. First call to sky was brilliant and they reconnected me. Next day, same problem, but they couldnt reconnect this time so said it must be my phone and i should upgrade it, despite the fact it works everywhere else! What a load of b.s!
anyone else have this issue?
can pick up emails on phone but cant always open them, and cant open any links attached to them. Also cant use the search engine.
Strangely enough though, I can use apps?

Info from Sky indicates download speed of 73 my three checks give speeds 32.9/30.5/31
