My internet keeps coming and going on certain devices. I.e. My phone and my iPad.

@Bkktel  Is your internet dropping or are you loosing Wi-Fi signal?

My internet keeps crashing. The light gets red and my phone and tablet say that I am off line

@Lucy4949  When this happens can you run the broadband test.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
