My internet isn’t loading apps

My internet say it's good but for 2 weeks my apps aren't loading as the speed isn't fast enough. This is happening on a few devices. I've had to use my mobile hotspot to load things then it's fine. I've had to roll over data 3 times this last month as I'm using all of my dad which usually doesn't happen.

Have you tried switching off Sky Shield?
