I’m being told the password is wrong but it’s not, and I can’t access the WiFi

As above, no access to Wi-Fi. It says password is wrong

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

The password needs to be entered how it is printed on the hub so using upper case if requited and also make sure you don't enter a O instead of a 0 or vice versa.
