My nan has a sky q box for the Internet but it's been very slow and bad for years
I've tried reseting it many times but it's still slow and unreliable
I know she has an sky acount with lots of details. She would like to stop using sky and switch to a more reliable company

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Daniella6969 Firstly only your nan can contact Sky, you can't deal with there account.
Secondly threats to leave Sky won't have any effect on the community, nor is it the right way to deal with any issues.
As we are all customers here no one can identify your Nan's account.
My advise is for your nan to call Sky to discuss the issues or to cancel the services.
They can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
No problem. Browse or search to find help, or start a new discussion on Community.
