Subject: Urgent: Slow Internet Speed Issues
Good afternoon,
I’ve been experiencing extremely slow internet speeds for quite some time now, and the service quality has been very disappointing considering what I pay for.
Although I’ve run the speed tests and they indicate that the connection is fine, in reality, it’s far from good. It takes an excessive amount of time to upload files, and most uploads fail altogether.
I believe there’s a definite issue with either the internet connection or the modem, but I’m not sure which. I’m seriously considering switching providers if this issue persists.
Please look into this matter urgently.

If you have the black sky hub could you post your statistics
Also whilst using mobile data run the service checker if it returns no issues then continue thru the checker by clicking test my connection in the blue box to update the checker
